Shipping in Greece
The orders placed to our e-shop (lida.gr) are being shipped & delivered within 1-3 working days after the order’s placement.
*During special periods (Christmas, Easter etc), the delivery may take 2-5 working days.
Inaccessible Areas
The orders are being delivered within 4-5 working days after every order’s placementαπό *For remote areas, you have to check the delivery of Speedex Courier (http://www.speedex.gr/content.asp?id=36)
The orders are delivered during working days between 09:00- 17:00.
Delivery Costs to Greece
For orders over 79,9 euros and up to 2 kilos, the delivery is free. For orders that cost less than 79,9 euros and up to 2 kilos, the delivery cost is 2,50 euros.
* Every single kilo over the limit of 2kg, has an additional cost of 0,90 euros(/kilo)
*During the sale period of every season, we offer free shipping only for deliveries in Greece.
Delivery Costs to Cyprus:
The shipping cost to Cyprus is 11,00 euro and every order is delivered within 5-7 working days. For orders to Cyprus the free delivery service isn’t available.
The shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process when you click on ‘Checkout’ before the order confirmation.
Payment methods
You can choose one of the below payment methods:
- Cash on delivery (only for Greece). You can pay your delivery by cash when received. Τhis means that the payment is collected at delivery, instead of before the products are shipped. The extra cost for this payment method is 1,90 euros.
- With debit/credit/prepaid card. After the order’s confirmation, you can pay at the secure payment environment of Eurobank Ergasias Bank.
- Payment by bank deposit within 3 working days after the order date. You can use one of the below IBAN accounts:

Returns Policy
- Returns are accepted within 10 days after the order’s receipt. You can return your parcel in the following address:

For GREECE the cost of the first return is Free
The returning items are replaced (email at [email protected]) but a refund cannot be claimed.
- The returned product has to be purchased from our e-shop www.lida.gr and not from any other selling point.
- A LIDA product return is not accepted for the below reasons:
- If the returning product(s) isn’t in excellent condition with all labels and tags attached
- If the product is used in any way
- If its packaging is destroyed
- If the protective hygiene try on sticker is removed. For hygiene protection, it is essential to keep your underwear on while trying on the swimsuit.
4.The faulty items are replaced with another item with the same barcode,
5.For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
– Briefs and lingerie bottoms
For returned products, we do not offer a refund but we offer a product replacement.
*In case of return for sale products, we replace the item with another sale product and not with an item from another collection.
